I completed a diagnostic on a Concord gas furnace. I found the furnace was out on code 31 pressure switch lockout. I checked the pressure switch and found all different types of readings. I also found a small crack in the heat exchanger. I advised the customer of my findings and shut off the gas in tact the furnace with cracked heat exchanger tag.
I returned to the customer's home to replace fused heat strips with breaker type heat strips.
I completed the scheduled maintenance agreement heating tune up on a Bryant gas furnace. I visually inspected the unit and also checked voltages, amps and pressures. I found the capacitor was getting low, so with the customer's permission, I replaced. I completed combustion analysis. I cycled and monitored system and it is operating normally at this time.
I completed an installation inspection on a Five Star 80% 70,000 BTU Gas Furnace 3T 17", Five Star 13 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner, Humidifier Aprilaire 600M. I completed the installation checklist. Then I cycled and monitored the system and it is operating normally at this time.
