Diagnostic service call on 2017 Carrier furnace. Repaired 90 degree on exhaust checked for leaks no leaks present at this time.

Diagnostic service call on 2011 Ducane gas furnace. Found ductwork size is to small for this current furnace. Not enough return air or supply air to get proper airflow across heat exchanger. Furnace is 9 years old. Furnace is currently working as good as it can.

Upon arrival I Removed blower door on a Carrier furnace and ran blower without door on to compare airflow with door on airflow, found little airflow with door on. Clean filter at the moment. Current filter is a hog hair filter. Found dirty and rusty evaporator coil. Secondary heat exchanger and evaporator coil are coated with dust and need to be cleaned.

Diagnostic service call on Trane furnace. Replaced filter cleaned flame sensor. Furnace heating now.

I preformed our Seasonal maintenance on a Carrier furnace. All checks are good and the system is ready for winter.

Upon arrival two of the four units turned off, two units turned on, not running, red light solid indoor, defrost/fan. Went outside to find outdoor unit running, air cold coming off outdoor unit, went back inside, both indoor units working. Turned on all indoor units, cycled heat, all heating. Established baseline for refrigerant, recovered, weighed in charge. Corrected the proper amount of charge. All is working well at this time.

Customer wanted an estimate to replace Trane furnace. They went with a new installation of a Carrier furnace. Pictured below is the Trane furnace that was replaced.

Replaced out of warranty part on LENNOX brand furnace. Replaced defrost board, cycled and all operations good at this time.
