Upon arrival found thermostat set to 72 but house at 70 degrees Found furnace faulting code 6 (repeat of code 3). Code 3 is (vent, intake or termination problem) Reset furnace, heat started up, noticed inducer amps are okay but bearings in motor are wearing out. Found exhaust boot off inducer loose and leaking water off intake pipe. Tightened boot up. Checked temperature rise - 58 degrees with filter Checked filter to find it is clean but highly restrictive 3M filter. Recommend a less restrictive pleated filter At this time I believe the inducer motor bearings are heating up after extended time slowing the motor down preventing the unit to run under normal conditions.
