They arrived on a Sunday and fixed the issue in 20 minutes!
Upon arrival found coil is not longer frozen. Found only 6” hole in return box to furnace and filter housing busted. 16” from top of furnace to first take off. evap coil is also completely plugged. Talked with install manager and we need to raise the furnace, install new filter housing and clean evap coil.
Turned on heat. Unit turns on all components until it attempts to ignite the pilot. Spark ignition standing pilot. Spark ignites but the pilot flame dies out. Removed spark ignitor pilot, attempted to sand paper the sensor. No change in operation. Tested voltages all safety switches. The gas valve may not be holding open the pilot flame causing the flame to turn off. The ignition module may not be telling the pilot valve to remain open with 24v, causing the flame to die and retry igniting the flame.
