Once coil melted checked refrigerant pressures, found pressures very low. System holds 4.10 lbs factory charged. Also found plugged condenser coils on the back side of the unit. cleaned condenser coils. While turning disconnect off noticed a loud noise coming from the compressor. Found capacitor out of spec on the fan side and at the max tolerance on the compressor side. Also found contactor humming and contacts pitted.
